Trustees and governance

Our Board of Trustees meets on a quarterly basis and works to ensure that Zurich Community Trust (ZCT), as a registered independent charity, delivers public benefit, maximises its impact in the community, supports Zurich Insurance UK in delivering its broader sustainability agenda and complies with all relevant legislation.

The Board is made up of both senior leaders from the Zurich UK business and external independent individuals, each bringing valuable professional skills and life experience to the work and overall strategic direction of ZCT.

Trust Executive

The Board is supported by a Trust Executive Committee which has delegated powers to support the delivery of Zurich Community Trust's five year strategy.

The Trust Executive meets four times a year - with smaller sub groups, as and when required - taking forward specific actions between meetings.

As committed ZCT advocates, they help raise the profile of our partnerships and programmes both internally amongst our employee donor population, and wider across our external audiences.
