Jane Boulton
UK Community Involvement Manager
Jane manages the community involvement programme in the UK.
It means Jane has overall responsibility for the delivery of all of the volunteering, fundraising and grant-making activities taken on by Zurich volunteers for ZCT. Jane manages our trio of Volunteer and Partnership Managers, our UK Fundraising Manager, Sustainability
and Governance Manager and the ZCT Administration Team. No wonder she's a very busy lady!
Jane also manages four children, two horses, two dogs and a (very supportive!) husband.

Carla Mandis
Sustainability, DEIB & Governance Manager
Carla leads on all our Sustainability & DEIB strategic programmes, including managing our Sustainability Fund, chairing the DEIB & Sustainability Network, our sustainable procurement and our partnership with the Superhero Series. Carla also supports Zurich UK and ZZF’s involvement with the Autistic and OK Programme managed by Ambitious about Autism.
Outside of work? “I love catching up with family and friends, but during the summer I love nothing more than attending Boutique music festivals and, in the winter, travelling to where I can chuck myself down a snowy mountain or two before enjoying a little après ski!”

Jackie Rose
Administration Team Leader
Jackie manages our dedicated team of administrators, whose collective knowledge is invaluable to the successful running of all programmes, fundraising and volunteering.
When not at work Jackie enjoys being Mum to a very energetic toddler. She's also known to practise the odd energetic move herself, whether running in the park or out dancing with friends!

Kerry Chambers
ZCT UK Fundraising Manager
As Fundraising Manager Kerry is always on the go! She's a keen netballer, not so keen runner, but was ecstatic when she made it over the Great South Run finish line last year!
Kerry describes herself as “Wife to Chris, Mum to Dinky - a blind Shih Tzu - and a spreadsheet addict!".

Sarah Covington
National Partnership & Partnership Development Manager
Sarah manages our national partnerships with Place2Be and Dementia UK. She also looks after our involvement with the Children and Young People's Mental Health Coalition and legacy strategic programmes such as Generation Gains.

Ben Wainman
ZCT Volunteer and Partnership Manager
Ben is our newest edition to the team, joining us in October 2023. After being the committee chair in Leeds for over 10 years and being awarded a global Community Champion Award last year, he's already hit the ground running!
Ben supports our locations in the midlands, northern regions and Belfast. Ben's not just busy in work, but
outside work too. However, he's never too busy to miss
his weekly fish and chip night with his Nan on a Thursday!

Mark Flay
Volunteer & Partnership Manager
Mark manages our employee engagement programme in Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Chipping Norton and Swindon. He supports employees with volunteering opportunities and manages the relationship with the charity partners in those locations. Mark also represents ZCT on the Swindon Dementia Action Alliance and other local community groups.
Mark enjoys long walks with his dog called Bobby and loves to talk, so be warned!

Rachel Beddis
Marketing and Communications Manager
Our marketing and communications manager, is our design expert for all things digital!
She tweets "I count myself very lucky that my job involves promoting subjects I feel so passionately about. #LoveZCT!"
Rachel can be found waving glow sticks in her Clubbercise class, trying to keep up with two very energetic daughters!

Marketing and Communications Specialist
Communications specialist, Kayleigh, is our chief proof reader, so any grammatical errors, beware! Kayleigh manages our internal fundraising and volunteering communications, so has the honour of promoting all of our wonderful supporters!
Kayleigh is into amateur dramatics and loves nothing more than taking to the spotlight!
