ZCT prides itself on being a learning and listening organisation. 2022 was certainly a year when we learnt a great deal by listening to what our charity partners were telling us and from others across the charitable sector.   

 

Central to this continued evolution was the development by the Trustees of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Pledge. This spans across all our partnership work, our volunteer brokerage and fundraising, with the aim of making each as diverse, equitable and inclusive as they can be.
